Aurora Distillery runs our Gin Experience and produces small batches of craft gin and liqueurs. We started in the hills around Wellington, New Zealand and relocated to the Wairarapa in 2022.
We love making gin – the smells, the warmth, choosing the botanicals. It’s a wonderful blend of science and art. We want to share that experience.
So we set up our distillery with the aims of making great gin and helping other people do it too. We run sessions for up to sixteen people where we will take you through the process and help you make your own bottle of delicious gin. Read more about it on the Gin Experience page.
