We make our Limoncello with New Zealand lemons, steeped for about a week then carefully blended with fresh lemon juice for a smooth taste without bitterness.
It’s a labour of love – but we think it’s worth it and you seem to agree as it is incredibly popular at our tastings. Awarded Bronze Medal at 2022 NZ Spirits Awards.
We like Limoncello neat from the fridge but also consider pouring over vanilla ice-cream for a delicious dessert or adding to your gin with a bit of lemonade!
