Our Neutral Base Spirit is a top quality alcohol base pre-mixed at 50% alc/vol. The alcohol is made in New Zealand and diluted with our own filtered water.
We supply it in 750ml spirit bottles with an easy peel label so you can re-use for your finished spirit.
Neutral base spirit is an ideal base for home distilled gin and will give superior results to using 40% vodka. It is also perfect for making steeped fruit liqueurs using peel or whole fruit. Limoncello comes out particularly well.
