Pohutukawa Summer is our seasonal release pink gin and we made it to celebrate the kiwi summer! We use locally-gathered pohutukawa blossom to make a delicious light gin. This gin has a floral then honey-nectar taste. Orange citrus then gives way to a hint of spice at the finish. It’s pink colour reflects the pohutukawa and rosehips. Enjoy it neat or over ice but it also looks gorgeous with soda water and works nicely in a G&T.
