We first made this delicious Flamed Orange Liqueur during the 2020 lockdown. Now it’s back in time for a super summer tipple.
Flaming the orange peel brings a slight smokey background on this sweet orange treat – it’s a firm favourite at our tasting sessions and awarded Silver Medal at 2022 NZ Spirits Awards
Enjoy neat, over ice or with soda. Feeling a bit fancy? Put a sugar cube into the bottom of a glass then add a few drops of bitters. Put in one measure of Flamed Orange Liqueur and top up with sparkling wine. You’ve just made a Flamed Orange Fizz – our own NZ take on a champagne cocktail.
